Sharing SBOMs Externally

Manifest provides several methods for sharing SBOMs with your vendors:

• Providing a secure one-time download link that you can copy + paste or email to external users.
• Publishing SBOMs to the Sharing Portal, where authorized users can view and download SBOMs.

Sharing Your SBOMs Manually

1. Go to the Assets page.
2. Select the SBOMs you want to share by clicking on the name of the asset.
3. Click three-dot menu in the top-right corner, then click Share SBOMs
4. Choose your sharing method:
   • Enter one or more recipient emails and click Share via Email
   • Generate a secure 24-hour link by clicking Copy Link
5. Confirm the vendor has received the automated request

The secure link allows vendors to safely upload their SBOM and expires after 24 hours for enhanced security.
