Connecting to JIRA

Manifest's JIRA integrations allows you to handle automated ticket management and bi-directional synchronization of issues, tasks, projects, and comments.

Setting Up the Integration

1. Go to Settings, and then select the Integrations tab.
2. Locate the Jira integration and click Add.
3. Follow the configuration wizard to authorize Manifest, which will:
   • Import your Jira users
   • Import your Jira projects
   • Enable ticket creation in your projects

After installation, you can modify settings through the same menu.

Creating and Managing Tickets

Currently you can create JIRA tickets directly on the pages for individual assets and vulnerabilities. On each individual asset or vulnerability page, you can click "Create a Ticket", which will open a panel for you to fill in any additional information to go on the ticket. After the ticket is created, it will be listed on the same page.

• For assets, you can see what tickets were created in the Ticket section on the right side of the overview page.
• For vulnerabilities, all tickets created will appear in the Actions tab.
