Connecting to ServiceNow
This ability is limited to team members with the Admin role only.
The integration enables bi-directional synchronization of tickets, tasks, and comments between Manifest and ServiceNow, streamlining your vulnerability management workflow.
Setting Up the ServiceNow Integration
- Go to Settings, and then select the Integrations tab.
- Find ServiceNow and click Add.
- Click Configure in the permissions menu.
- Follow the installation wizard to complete setup.
Creating ServiceNow Tickets
Currently you can create ServiceNow tickets directly on the pages for individual assets and vulnerabilities. On each individual asset or vulnerability page, you can click "Create a Ticket", which will open a panel for you to fill in any additional information to go on the ticket. After the ticket is created, it will be listed on the same page.
- For assets, you can see what tickets were created in the Ticket section on the right side of the overview page.
- For vulnerabilities, all tickets created will appear in the Actions tab.
